Project Coordinator (Civil)

Project Coordinator for Civil Construction at Maple Reinders in Pickering, Ontario. Supports Project Managers on heavy civil and industrial-type projects, assisting with budgets and schedules, project administration, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, sub-trades, and suppliers. Involves developing supplier/sub-trade quotations, clarifying scopes of work, maintaining client relations, and upholding site safety per regulatory requirements. Opportunity to gain exposure to Design-Build, Plan and Spec, and Construction Management contracts and to advance toward a Project Manager role. Strong emphasis on documentation, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
