Job Summary
Youth Apprentice assigned as Project Coordinator for the Fair Fares program, supporting the City’s efforts to provide subsidized transit costs. Responsibilities include analyzing Fair Fares Web data to produce reports that support program performance and decision-making; serving as a liaison between internal teams and Transit partners to coordinate operations and resolve issues; managing client case resolution within the Office of Performance Management and Data Analytics to ensure timely and accurate outcomes; and supporting the Executive Director with program initiatives, special projects, and operational needs.
