Job Summary
Coordinate project activities, maintain project plans and documentation, and prepare reports and dashboards for strategic initiatives. Schedule meetings, monitor deliverables, and facilitate communication among stakeholders across grants, business development, and partnership efforts. Manage due diligence trackers, validate data for funder reporting, and support implementation of growth initiatives. This developmental role operates under the direction of the Lead Project Manager, offering a pathway into project management, strategic operations, or grant administration. Requires an associate's degree and 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or grant support.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business administration, Project Management, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Public Health, Human Services, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in project coordination, administrative coordination, grant support, data reporting, quality improvement, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, Nonprofit Administration, Public Administration, Public Health, Human Services, or related fields
- Experience working in a nonprofit, healthcare, behavioral health, child welfare, or human services environment
- Experience supporting grants, contracts, strategic initiatives, business development activities, partnerships, acquisitions, affiliations, implementation projects, or quality improvement efforts
- Working knowledge of project management principles, agile methodologies, or quality improvement frameworks
- CAPM certification or willingness to pursue project management certification
- Proficiency in Project Management software tools such as Monday.com
