Job Summary
Project Coordinator responsible for enabling project managers by handling administrative and logistical workflows. You will convert approved sales orders into project shells, coordinate procurement and shipments, maintain the master resource schedule, manage high-priority tasks, and audit PMO data integrity to ensure status updates and workflow adherence. This role emphasizes ownership, process improvement, and strong communication within a hybrid work arrangement based in Brooklyn, NY. Key qualifications include 2+ years in project coordination or related roles, excellent organizational/time-management abilities, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with MSP/PSA tools (ConnectWise is a strong plus).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, sales support, or operations role, preferably within an IT or professional services environment
- A natural sense of ownership and a passion for process improvement
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in project management principles
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Experience with an MSP or using a PSA tool like ConnectWise is a strong plus
