Project Coordinator - Buildings

Job Summary

Coordinate daily project activities including scheduling, budgeting, documentation, cost control, and change order management. Maintain drawings, site instructions, and revisions while tracking change events, preparing notices, and compiling data for progress and executive reports. Support HSEQ compliance by developing safety plans, monitoring KPIs, reviewing surveillance findings, and initiating non-conformance reports. Assist with financial controls through cost reporting, accrual monitoring, and verifying payroll coding and cost allocation. Communicate professionally with clients, complete satisfaction surveys, and prepare training materials and release notes for project controls software.

Required Qualifications

  • Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Completion or active progress toward Builders' Framework Fundamentals courses
  • 2–3 years of construction experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software
  • General knowledge of construction project systems, processes, and risk/change management
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be available for weekend shifts
  • Valid driver's license
