Job Summary

Coordinate project documentation, track schedules and budgets, support communication among internal teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Manage Procore docs, issue purchase orders, assist with permit coordination, attend site visits and meetings, take notes, prepare weekly reports, and support change orders. Requires 2+ years in project coordination/construction administration; experience with construction drawings, RFIs, shop drawings; Procore experience; strong organizational and communication skills; able to work with project managers and field teams; proficient in MS Office.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a similar role within the construction industry
  • Experience in commercial, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or ICI construction is considered an asset
  • Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, shop drawings, purchase orders, change orders, and close-out documentation
  • Experience using Procore or similar construction/project management software is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry
