Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Assist the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects; provide high-level support in the tendering phase (liaison with subcontractors to obtain pricing and update trade lists); coordinate and follow up on plans and shop drawings; attend project meetings and prepare minutes for review by the Project Manager and ensure timely distribution to the team; manage change orders and ensure the construction site is aware of changes as soon as possible; receive, generate, track and respond to RFIs using construction management software; provide support as required to the site and Health and Safety team.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 5 years of project coordination experience in construction
- An Engineering degree or technical diploma in Construction, Building, Civil or Architecture
- Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, specifications, scheduling, and HSE practices
- Experience with Procore, Textura, Microsoft Excel & Project is an asset
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
