Job Summary
Project Coordinator to support the PMO across IT initiatives in Product, Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Applications. Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and status reports; coordinating meetings; assisting governance processes and delivery standards; monitoring timelines and escalating risks; facilitating cross-functional communication; supporting resource coordination and capacity tracking; preparing executive dashboards and leadership updates; and ensuring proper documentation in Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or PMO support in IT/enterprise environments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Applications
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills across technical and business teams
- High accountability and ownership
