Job Summary
Predict resources, manage project costs against budget targets, and drive detailed schedules to meet scope, timeline, and margin objectives. Track progress, risks, and dependencies while providing consistent updates to stakeholders using industry best practices like PMBOK and RACI methodology. Measure performance to identify improvement areas and optimize project execution across multiple concurrent initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of coordination experience, and CAPM certification preferred. Located in Grapevine, Texas, this direct hire role involves weekly social campaign participation as a brand ambassador.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of project coordination and related experience
- Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred (formal credentials and/or proven experience as a PM is required)
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle a large # of projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Disciplined, organized, confident
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel
- All BILT employees are brand ambassadors for BILT and will be required to participate weekly (sometimes daily) in social campaigns to assist with the promotion of BILT
- This position is located in the Grapevine Brand Support Center in Texas

- Knowledge of 3D, animation, or CAD a plus
