Job Summary
Coordinate assigned projects by maintaining budgets, work schedules, and critical path items while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Monitor expenses, implement cost-saving measures, and document changes affecting scope, schedule, or budget. Participate in stakeholder meetings, customer site visits, and team discussions to develop and maintain overall project plans. Communicate project status, risk assessments, and quality updates to the Customer, Project Team, and Superintendent. Coordinate work crews, schedule equipment, and interact with engineers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve potential issues. Complete onboarding training and adhere to management principles established by Senior Leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or sufficient experience
- Must have experience enough to meet or exceed the essential duties listed above
- A working knowledge and understanding of engineering plans and specifications
- Must be mechanically inclined with basic understanding of machinery, heavy construction and basic principles of industrial project flow
- Basic math and geometry
- Leadership skills
- Communication skills
- Planning skills
- Must maintain confidentiality and follow privacy laws, rules and regulations, and procedures regarding record keeping
- Must be detailed oriented

- Sufficiency in Windows based software applications
