Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will assist Project Managers and Project Engineers by coordinating data and paperwork to support project completion, coordinate with IT and various departments, manage submittals, change orders, RFQs, and document control, schedule and track deliverables, maintain office supplies and facilities, and support close-out and maintenance manual compilation for electrical construction projects in the Rancho Escondido office. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specs for completeness, coordinating with suppliers/subcontractors, ensuring deadlines are met, managing RFI logs, and providing project/engineering coordination on design-build projects; proficiency in MS Office and related construction software is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of administrative, project coordination, and/or relevant construction coordination experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
