Job Summary
Project Coordinator for Av-Comm Space & Defence to support delivery of complex SATCOM programs across government, defence, and commercial sectors. Provides concurrent support to multiple projects within the PMO, assists with planning, execution, delivery and closure, and coordinates scope, schedule, budget, risk, issues, and quality. Maintains client relationships, ensures compliance with standards and contractual obligations, arranges meetings, and prepares documentation, dashboards, and status updates. Engages with suppliers and stakeholders, contributing to lessons learned and continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Experience supporting SATCOM, telecommunications, or infrastructure projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Security clearance eligibility (NV1/NV2) and Australian citizenship preferred
