Job Summary
Coordinate and monitor project plans for national retail and industrial clients; assist the Project Manager with timeframes, budgets, staffing, and project schedule; analyze design, client requirements, and performance standards to assure work product; monitor project status and collect/analyze information and trends; intervene as needed to achieve project objectives; maintain the project file and ensure product quality by following Atwell’s standards and QA guidelines; develop proficiency in essential project coordination tasks and communicate with clients and Atwell management to coordinate project teams and progress.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in civil engineering, environmental, land planning, survey or related field.
- Experience in dealing with private land development deadlines and expectations.
