Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Project Coordinator to support the Construction Manager in coordinating and delivering modular construction projects from planning through installation, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Travel to project sites for pre-construction meetings, progress reviews, and status updates. Collaborate with sales and internal teams to review drawings, define scopes of work, and support project estimating. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, execution plans, and warranties; maintain project documentation and cost tracking. Source and coordinate subcontractors, manage vendor relations, and ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Communicate with clients and stakeholders, provide updates, and uphold safety practices in line with provincial regulations and ATCO’s HSE and QA standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting mid-sized construction projects
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field
- Strong understanding of project budgets, cost tracking, and planning
- Ability to travel within and outside the region as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project
