Job Summary
Coordinate with high-level leadership and multiple stakeholders to manage administrative tasks, including tracking status, reporting, and meeting support. Maintain ownership of calendars and events, deconflict schedules, and provide timely updates on schedule issues. Support travel management and budget reconciliation, compile deliverables such as charts and decision memos, and oversee file management across the program. Identify logistics and asset management requirements while prioritizing competing projects to meet deadlines. Some local and US travel may be necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in the government or aerospace industry
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products

- 5 or more years of relevant work experience
- U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain a government issued clearance
- Some travel may be necessary -- locally and in US
Desired Qualifications

- Previous experience with Concur Government Edition (CGE)
- Experience with SharePoint

- Can status assignment progress
- NASA experience
- Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearances
