Job Summary
Project Coordinator position to support Alta E&I's project managers by developing project plans and timelines, coordinating activities to ensure on-schedule task completion, monitoring progress, and reporting updates to stakeholders. Role involves collaboration with project teams, engineers, and technicians to allocate resources, organizing meetings, maintaining contracts, drawings, and reports, and ensuring documentation complies with standards and regulations. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, assisting in quality control, and conducting document reviews to address errors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination or project management within the geotechnical or engineering industry is preferred, but not required.
