Job Summary

Coordinate internal business improvement and operational projects from initiation through implementation by scheduling meetings, capturing minutes, and tracking action items. Work with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into structured plans, workflows, and user stories. Maintain project accountability by monitoring progress, escalating risks, and using tools like Jira or Asana to manage timelines and documentation. Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Sales to support initiatives such as workflow automation, AI adoption, and process optimization. Focus on improving operational efficiency and delivering measurable business outcomes rather than technical implementation.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Business Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar project support role
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational processes and translate business needs into structured project plans
  • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Confidence in coordinating stakeholders, following up on action items, and maintaining project accountability
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Exposure to business transformation, operational improvement, or organizational change initiatives
  • Experience writing business requirements, process documentation, workflows, user stories, or standard operating procedures
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • CAPM certification or Project Management Fundamentals training
