Job Summary
As a Turnkey Project Coordinator, you will manage essential client relationships and oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating with the project team to ensure accurate and timely documentation and invoicing. You will facilitate project meetings, manage procurement processes, and track project costs while maintaining communication with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in electronic systems and project software.
Required Qualifications
- 1 – 3 years of project coordinator experience preferably within related industry
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, via written, verbal and electronically
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of and proficiency with electronic and information systems
- Strong keyboarding skills, knowledge of computer software (preferably with Windows based – MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing preferred but not required.
- HVAC certification and technical application is preferred
