Job Summary
Coordinate and support Construction Managers and Project Managers with coordination, documentation, and equipment ordering for install-base projects, including fire alarm, suppression, and sprinkler operations. Responsibilities include validating kickoff details, coordinating with Sales on project bookings, setting up prevailing wage/OCIP/CCIP projects, submitting CCIP/OCIP reporting, creating and receiving purchase orders for subcontractors and material vendors, shipping/materials tracking, assisting with invoicing questions, resolving AR disputes, coordinating close-out documentation, attending weekly WIP meetings, and providing broad administrative support to project and department operations. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or equivalent; strong prioritization and multitasking abilities; excellent verbal and written communication; and highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated demeanor. Preferred Associate’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience in a high-volume, customer-service environment; electrical or construction industry experience.
