Project Controls Specialists (all levels) - Performance & Reporting

Project Controls Specialists across all professional, senior professional and managerial grades sought to support PMO Midlands team in delivering tailored performance reporting, analytics and data-driven governance for diverse programmes (Power, Water, Rail, Mass Transit, Local Authority). Responsibilities include tailoring reporting processes, delivering performance reporting plans, implementing and maintaining reporting systems, establishing PMB baselines, roll-out of reporting calendars, defining data flows for information management systems, developing and maintaining corporate datasets, guiding data quality, preparing governance materials, identifying performance recovery recommendations, embedding KPIs, developing performance reports and dashboards, and preparing client governance presentations. Collaborative work with project delivery teams, coaching, and supporting clients in performance management are key. Travel within the Midlands is required. Desirable familiarity with Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys and Power BI; ability to work within a diverse, regional performance & reporting community.
