Job Summary
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for utility scale transmission energy projects from development through commercial operation. Evaluate critical path, schedule content, relationships, logic, constraints, and milestones while assessing impacts to critical path activities. Track scope changes, trends, and variances affecting schedule performance, then manage and report change control for project scope and schedule. Present project schedules to project management, project teams, and client leadership, and document and track project meeting actions. Facilitate project and management meetings as required, maintaining effective working relationships with the client and project team. Prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as needed. Work onsite three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday) in Amarillo, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years relevant project scheduling experience in the utility, energy, construction, or engineering field
- Experience using Primavera P6
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communication with project management and client's leadership
- Must be able to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required
- Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work onsite three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)
- Must have permanent work authorization for the US
