Job Summary
Develop and implement project controls processes to consolidate cost and schedule data, create quantity take-offs, and manage change workflows. Support project managers with estimate creation, documentation, and baseline approvals, while validating earned value calculations and integrating external supplier reports. Lead planning workshops to define schedule scope and dependencies, head risk assessment sessions, and produce timely cost and progress reports for contractual obligations. Manage a team of specialists and planners, assess supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement across project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Seven or more (7+) years of experience in project controls, project accounting, cost engineering, or scheduling roles
- Strong working knowledge of project control functions and project accounting processes
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and tools such as MS Dynamics 365, MS Project, Primavera P6 Professional, and Power BI
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with Omega 365 Pims preferred
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills - written and verbal
