Project Controls Specialist

Analyze data, review logs, and run reports in Enterprise Planning & Controls software to create Work Breakdown Structures and develop scheduling, cost, and cash flow forecasts. Develop and maintain earned value management systems, progress curves, and various schedule levels while applying and reviewing logic ties and monitoring resource loading. Approve Purchase Orders and subcontracts, input progress measurements, and perform material takeoffs, quality checks, and field audits to validate reporting accuracy. Serve as a point of contact for technical questions, support Interactive Project Planning Meetings, and perform schedule what-if scenarios and forensic analysis. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management with three years of direct project controls experience, proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6, and OSHA 10-hour certification. Local candidates preferred for this on-site role in Lexington or Louisville, Kentucky.
