Job Summary
Enter and verify daily production quantities and labor hours in Spectrum and timekeeping systems. Review timesheets for completeness, flag missing data, and support weekly quantity tracking across Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects. Assist in compiling cost reports, maintaining change logs, and preparing materials for Pre-Execution Handover and month-end close tasks. All work is reviewed by an Analyst or above before finalization. This entry-level role builds the habits for accurate data entry on a defined eight-level career track within KVP Energy Services' project delivery organization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Coursework toward a degree in construction management, business, finance, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years in a construction, project administration, or data/reporting support role
- Developing proficiency in Spectrum
- General spreadsheet proficiency (Excel)
- Ability to learn KVP's timekeeping systems
Desired Qualifications
- Pursuit of AACEI's Certified Cost Technician (CCT) or Certified Schedule Technician (CST)
