Project Controls Specialist

Conduct comprehensive financial support and implementation of project management controls for energy technologies including Wind, Solar, and Transmission Lines. Administer budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis while overseeing all project scheduling activities to ensure contract schedule requirements are met. Prepare monthly reports comparing baseline approved schedules to progress schedules, including critical path method, resource loading, and cost loading. Ensure accurate accounting treatment and capital postings for variance explanations and progress reporting against budgets. Provide scheduling support for all projects, work collaboratively to determine project priorities, and develop necessary procedure and process requirements for the scheduling group. Travel to project sites within North America as periodically required.
