Project Controls Specialist

Project Controls Specialist to support project controls systems and tools across the United States. Lead and train estimating and construction teams on project controls implementation; develop and maintain cost control systems; review tenders, proposals, and contracts to ensure invoicing and reporting requirements are met; assist with setting up projects including WBS, cost codes, and baseline budgets; contribute to detailed, resource-loaded scheduling; generate status and forecast reporting for management and clients; analyze progress, productivity, scheduling, costs, revenues, and margins, and propose corrective actions; support change management procedures, risk management, and communication with Estimators, Project Managers, Finance, Operations, and external vendors/subcontractors. Strong emphasis on post-secondary education in construction management or related field and 3-5 years of project controls experience; construction experience preferred; candidates should have excellent analytical, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and be computer literate.
