Job Summary
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, cost models, and performance reports for biomanufacturing projects across the full engineering lifecycle. Directly interface with clients, vendors, and site personnel to execute schedule logic updates, progress tracking, and variance analysis while delivering high-quality project controls outputs. Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc internal and external reports, dashboards, and management summaries to support proactive decision-making and recovery planning. Ensure data integrity by implementing approved coding structures and providing guidance on project controls processes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1-7+ years of experience, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera P6. Full-time on-site position with domestic travel requirements; salary range $70,000 - $128,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management or related discipline
- 1-7+ years of equivalent work experience in Project Controls, cGMP facility start-up, project management and/or comparable military experience
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Project
- Advanced experience with Oracle Primavera P6
- Advanced experience with Smartsheet
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to interact and multitask with project team members, clients, and vendors of varying position levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
- Willing to be on-site Full-time as client projects require
- Willingness to travel as required to support project and business needs
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Valid driver's license
