Job Summary
Consolidate, validate, and analyze project data from multiple sources to support accurate and timely reporting for the East Harbour Transit Hub. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, executive dashboards, and Board-level updates while developing tools that improve forecasting accuracy. Present project performance insights to senior leadership to support governance and decision-making. Requires 10+ years of project controls experience, advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and strong executive presentation skills. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of project controls experience on major construction or infrastructure projects
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
- Advanced proficiency in project controls systems
- Experience developing performance dashboards
- Experience developing reporting frameworks
- Proven ability to consolidate large volumes of project data
- Proven ability to analyze performance trends
- Proven ability to produce accurate, insightful reports
- Strong executive presentation skills
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to gather information from multiple project participants
