Job Summary
Manage project costs, prepare client invoices, and analyze budgets while ensuring commercial activities meet profitability and best practice requirements. Provide strategic data for the Project Control function, identify trends, and evaluate risks to facilitate proactive mitigation planning. Coordinate with project teams to manage deliverables, change orders, and claims, while assisting in developing cost baselines and cash flow forecasts. Monitor project services quality compliance and structure information communication methods. Support the Project Controls Manager in client meetings and contract strategy participation to drive overall project success.
Required Qualifications
- Education Degree / Associate Cost Engineer or Engineering-related disciplines
- Above 5 years of experience as Cost Engineer or PROJECT CONTROLS SURVEYOR / Quantity Surveyor
