Job Summary
Support project managers by developing and maintaining accurate budgets and schedules, monitor project progress to ensure alignment with financial and timeline goals, and coordinate project activities to promote efficient execution and communication across teams. Interpret data to drive process improvements while collaborating effectively in teams and independently under deadlines. Occasional travel to project sites is required. This role contributes to improving the nation's energy infrastructure as part of a family-owned, diversified energy and infrastructure contractor.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles and business operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- familiarity with project management and cost control systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- ability to interpret data to drive process improvements
- Collaboration and problem-solving skills
- ability to work effectively in a team and independently under deadlines
- Occasional travel to project sites
