Job Summary
Oversee finance, schedule, and document controls across transmission and substation capital projects, leading a multidisciplinary team of cost analysts, schedulers, and risk managers. Create and maintain program schedules, develop advanced Power BI dashboards, and administer cost management systems to track acquisition packages and oversee invoice processing. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, and earned value management reports for the Program Manager and PMO while supervising staff on Oracle, Primavera P6, and Procore platforms. Provide oversight of vendor selection, change orders, and project close-outs, collaborating on contract reviews and regulatory compliance for renewable energy and utility programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
- 12+ years of experience in financial controls, finance/accounting, and scheduling on large-scale capital projects
- Experience leading a team of professionals
- Project management experience
- Extensive knowledge of earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, and schedule management best practices
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with PMIS platforms such as e-Builder, Oracle EBS, Maximo, PowerPlant, Primavera P6, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
- Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships across teams, contractors, and clients
- Ability to present clearly to executive stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Power & Energy industry experience, particularly transmission and substation construction programs
- PMP or equivalent certification
