Project Controls Manager - Underground Construction

Job Summary
Develop and maintain the project schedule using Critical Path Method and linear scheduling techniques. Prepare monthly pay applications, manage subcontractor contracts and payments, and oversee labor reporting. Coordinate project control with client management and other programs while preparing monthly cash flow analysis and procurement schedules. Participate in project decisions regarding cost and schedule. Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 10 years of construction contractor experience required. Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and construction accounting techniques is essential. Ability to relocate as needed and travel for site visits and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10 years experience with construction contractor
- Expert ability with Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Expert ability to prepare construction project cost reports and forecasting
- Extensive knowledge of construction accounting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
