Project Controls Manager

Lead project controls on a large design project in re-baselining phase by reviewing, validating, and maintaining the project schedule baseline using P6 while identifying missing scope and critical path gaps. Oversee the cost baseline, integrate cost and schedule impacts, and analyze change order implications to support project management decision-making. Lead a team of five to six schedulers and cost analysts, coordinating priorities and ensuring alignment while providing analysis and recommendations to project leadership. Identify schedule and cost risks, perform impact analysis, and develop mitigation strategies. Manage re-baselining efforts in response to scope changes. This role requires 10-12+ years of project controls leadership experience and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6. Preferred location is the St. Louis area, with remote options available if significant on-site presence is initially required. Monthly travel to Puerto Rico is covered.
