Job Summary
Provide project controls management and oversight for US Navy shipboard installation projects. Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and resource/cost-loaded schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, assist in detailed cost estimates, and integrate financial data (Deltek Cost Point) into schedules. Analyze schedules for critical path and risks, prepare progress reports, manage risks and contract changes, and maintain an integrated portfolio of schedules across programs. Lead project controls personnel, establish policies to mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with security requirements; role includes up to 25% remote work and requires US citizenship with the ability to pass background checks and obtain a security badge.
