Job Summary
Lead project controls for infrastructure programs in Abu Dhabi, including planning, scheduling, risk management, change control, and progress reporting. Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, review contractor baselines and updated schedules, perform delay and disruption analyses, manage risk registers and risk workshops, and produce forecasts and management presentations. Establish progress measurement systems (PMS) and KPIs, coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve planning and scheduling issues, and mentor planning engineers in best practices for project controls and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management
- Minimum 15+ years of infrastructure project experience in UAE
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, and Power BI
