Project Controls Manager

Implement project controls functions including kickoff, tracking, productivity monitoring, P6 scheduling updates, contract management, change order control, billing, EOM reporting, and project closeout. Partner with regional and project management teams to deliver projects on time and on budget while managing client and internal reporting. Identify design and scope changes, communicate schedule slippages, and suggest corrective actions to mitigate cost and schedule impacts. Establish risk management protocols, develop progress measurement processes, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction. Oversee baseline processes for cost, schedule, and progress while maintaining accurate reporting aligned with approved schedules.
