Job Summary
Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and costs to ensure best value for clients while creating and managing cost forecasts for key developments. Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and proactively leading risk management efforts and reviews. Assist in preparing client project funding documents, prepare owner estimates, and lead estimate review meetings. Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan, and support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders. Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, schedule updates, and risk assessments.
Required Qualifications
- Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating
- Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required
