Job Summary
Lead multidiscipline project controls teams across multiple nuclear sites, ensuring compliance with certified Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and integrating cost and schedule performance. Manage forecasting, budget tracking, labor productivity analysis, schedule development, critical path analysis, change management, and project reporting while analyzing risks and providing actionable recommendations. Mentor junior project controls professionals including engineers, schedulers, cost analysts, and AWP planners to support financial performance and client reporting. Requires 10-15+ years of experience in nuclear, DOE, or large EPC projects with strong leadership and security clearance eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field (relevant experience may substitute for degree)
- 10+ years of project controls experience, preferably in Nuclear, DOE, or large EPC projects
- Previous experience managing project controls teams
- Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling and scheduling fundamentals
- Experience with cost control, forecasting, change management, critical path analysis, and time impact analysis
- Proficient with Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and perform under pressure
- U.S. Citizenship required to obtain facility-specific security clearance
