Project Controls Manager

Lead the Project Controls function for assigned UK programmes, integrating planning, cost, risk, and performance reporting activities. Develop and maintain integrated schedules, cost baselines, and Performance Measurement Baselines aligned to approved scope and delivery strategies. Establish governance, assurance routines, and change control processes to support compliant delivery across the full project lifecycle. Provide decision-focused reports and dashboards for project leadership while coordinating inputs from commercial and internal teams to ensure data integrity. Engage with clients to clarify requirements and resolve issues, contributing to continuous improvement of controls methods and standards. Requires Primavera P6 scheduling and Earned Value Management experience within regulated environments. Located in Reading/Bristol/Plymouth with hybrid working; SC Clearance required.
