Project Controls Manager

Own the integrated master schedule across all work packages and contractor interfaces, reviewing baselines, performing TIA delay analysis, and driving recovery actions. Lead cost control, earned value reporting, cash flow forecasting, and contingency management while defining rules of credit and measuring physical progress. Manage change control, risk registers, and schedule impact assessments to deliver monthly PMC reports and dashboards. Mentor a small team including a Planning Engineer, Cost Engineer, and Document Controller. This role supports a landmark mountain resort development in Kazakhstan spanning 1,800 to 3,400 meters, featuring ropeways, snowmaking, and major public facilities. A three-year residential expatriate contract is offered for this high-profile project with direct Client interface.
