Project Controls Manager

Manage project data, cost controls, forecasts, and billing activities while ensuring compliance with client approval processes. Collect, log, and summarize project data for technical studies and performance reviews. Prepare monthly forecasts, cash flows, and variance analyses. Develop payment applications and manage invoice review and approvals. Review and process change orders in line with client protocols. Create cost profiles and support the annual budgeting process. This role supports financial and operational performance for projects within the Power Distribution industry, with preference for Natural Gas experience.
