Project Controls Manager- Data Centres

Conduct comprehensive project controls for a major Data Center initiative, establishing baselines for cost and schedule while monitoring performance against risks and changes. Identify trends and root causes of baseline deviations using lead and lag indicators to recommend remedial actions. Lead evaluation of time, cost, and quality targets, applying governance controls to enable successful delivery. Coordinate planning sessions with clients and vendors to compile the master project schedule, agree baselines, and manage change workflows. Control costs through conceptual estimating and funding stage gates, while creating executive dashboards summarizing financials. Guide the general contractor to progress within agreed cash flow parameters and hold vendors accountable for accurate schedule updates.
