Project Controls Manager

Lead and develop an integrated project controls function across planning, cost, risk, and change; own end-to-end project controls delivery, including governance, performance management, and reporting; drive data-led insights by analysing trends, identifying risks, and enabling informed decision-making; deliver dashboards, reports, and KPIs aligned with contractual requirements; build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment across the project lifecycle. Based at Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth, with hybrid working patterns. The role requires experience across project controls disciplines, cost management, scheduling, risk, change, and estimating; leadership or influence of teams in complex project environments; strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and communicate clear insights. Requires APM PMQ, APMG PPC, and security clearance (BPSS/SC).
