Job Summary
Lead project controls for multi-prime infrastructure projects, integrating contractor schedules into an owner-level integrated master schedule, consolidating cost and physical progress data, resolving interface conflicts, and defining fit-for-purpose controls per contract. Coordinate with field, engineering, logistics, and HSE teams to align execution plans, constraints, and milestones, and prepare consolidated dashboards on schedule, cost, and progress for leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls for large capital projects
- Specific experience managing multi-prime contract environments and complex site infrastructure logistics
- Proven ability to manage interfaces between multiple independent contractors, including spatial clash resolution, schedule interactions, and hand-offs
- Demonstrated experience aggregating and normalizing progress, schedule, and cost data from contractors with varying levels of PMIS and project controls maturity
- Ability to develop and apply tailored project control approaches (level-of-effort vs. discrete measurement) based on contract type and risk profile
- Proficiency with enterprise project management and collaboration platforms such as Procore, Aconex, or similar, including schedule and data integration
