Job Summary
Build tender schedules and cost estimates while developing project schedules and budgets in relevant tools. Monitor cost movements, productivity, and progress against forecasts, then analyze trends to provide schedule and cost forecasts. Maintain project schedule and cost risk registers, ensuring accuracy of budgets, actuals, and change order estimates. Update systems to reflect current status and report project status internally and externally. Communicate cost, schedule, forecasts, and risks to project teams and cost owners, presenting financial data in reviews. Collaborate with PMs, Finance Controllers, and third parties to support project closeout and claims, ensuring compliance with global standards. Reconcile approved financial data with accounting books and address non-conformances promptly. Support cost reduction strategies and identify standardization opportunities to improve team efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering in civil, electrical or related engineering fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in planning large turnkey projects
- Minimum 1 years of experience in projects providing cost controlling
- Strong knowledge of planning and use of Primavera
- Good oral and written language skills in English and Turkish
- Ability to live in Ankara

- Knowledge of cost control function on large complex turnkey projects
- Knowledge of Grid Solutions and GIS substations
- Knowledge of forensic analysis on large complex turnkey projects
- Analytical skills to use data to forecast outcomes
- Clear communicator with strong communication and influencing skills
- MS Project and unifier knowledge
- Cost estimating and forecasting
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
