Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and monitor construction CPM schedules for data center projects by reviewing specifications to establish baselines and performing critical path analyses. Update progress schedules with comprehensive reporting narratives, conduct site walks for validation, and evaluate risks to recommend corrective actions. Present contractor progress to management, develop metrics and benchmarks, and communicate project status to clients, owners, and stakeholders. Requires full-time on-site presence with Oracle Primavera P6 proficiency. AACEI PSP or PMI-SP certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in project controls and CPM scheduling within the vertical construction industry
- One or more years of experience in project controls for data centers
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6
- Ability to accurately interpret construction documents
- Knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequences
- Experience developing construction project schedules for data center projects
- Cost and resource management and reporting
- Familiarity with contractual clauses as they apply to planning and scheduling
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- This role requires being full-time on-site
