Job Summary
Develop project cost engineering and analysis services for small capital projects up to $5MM within the Engineering Department. Establish work breakdown structures, review cost estimates, and develop control budgets aligned with schedule and cash flow forecasts. Monitor project deviations, manage contingencies, and calculate monthly accruals for the Accounting department. Facilitate workshops with outside engineering firms, report monthly forecasts to leadership, and support project closeout processes. Manage work orders and forecasts in Integrated Project System while evaluating risks and communicating cost or schedule exposure to project management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction/Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project/Cost Control in EPC capital projects
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant experience with industrial EPC projects, specifically Front-End engineering
- Experience during field implementation of mid-major EPC projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide reporting of data to management regularly and upon request with use of IPS, Excel, and Power BI
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Familiarity with SAP
- P6, and/or Icarus software knowledge
