Project Controls Cost and Scheduling

Generate periodic project controls analytics by verifying and validating gathered data to support metrics. Perform change control by tracking trends, initiating actions, and distributing compliant change requests. Lead benchmarking and self-assessment initiatives to summarize improvement opportunities and adopt best practices. Aids project managers in developing work breakdown structures, schedules, and cost estimates while tracking cash flow and performing variance, earned value, and critical path analyses. Create and maintain project estimates by collaborating with estimators to establish effective cost controls including raw materials and resource rates. Maintain effective relationships with customers and support the resolution of quality issues. Full-time, hybrid role requiring three days in office for candidates local to Raleigh, NC.
