Job Summary
Manage change order entry and contract modifications within Vista, maintaining contract values and revenue tracking. Support forecasting reviews, project financial analysis, and project audits while helping identify risks. Coordinate project closeout activities and documentation, then support project leadership with reporting and controls processes. Ensure compliance with company procedures and assist Area and Project Managers. This role serves as a key resource for financial health across Loenbro's critical infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction administration, contracts, project accounting, or project controls experience
- Proficient in Excel and reporting capabilities
- Understanding of construction financial controls and change management
Desired Qualifications
- Vista ERP preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish
