Job Summary
Prepare complex Excel reports and compile large data sets via the progress monitoring tool to track project milestones, financial deadlines, and schedule progress. Administer in-house database applications and support subcontract management by reviewing invoices, progress claims, and document inquiries. Establish the project control budget, monitor productivity versus budget, and update costs using Ledcor systems for billings and cost accounting. Continuously improve administrative processes to enhance project efficiencies while mentoring team members in a site-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of progressive experience in project controls within industrial or large-scale construction environments
- Proven experience leading cost and schedule controls on engineering and construction projects
- Advanced knowledge of project cost systems, productivity tracking, earned value, and performance measurement
- Strong scheduling experience with Primavera P6
- Experience with InEight – InEight Control, InEight Plan, InEight Change
- Strong understanding of project controls terminology, workflows, and interfaces with construction and engineering teams
- Experience in contract management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams in a site-based environment
- This is a site based position
